I purchased an absolutely amazing BMW from Essex Cars Ltd. They provided the best customer service and made sure we knew everything about the car and got to use it. I had to drive 4 hours to collect but it was 100% worth it. Car is amazing not one problem at all. Bradley is a nice bloke and was very professional throughout my purchase. He was also very knowledgeable about the car and took the time demonstrate all of the functions. The process of part exchanging and arranging finance was all done and dusted in the space of around 3 hours. I love the car and the price was very reasonable.
We joke about, "you shouldn't trust a used car salesman"... well Bradley is the exception, he couldn't of been more helpful, from visiting to view the car, finance and even recommending a restaurant while the finance was being arranged. I upgraded my Audi A3 Cabriolet to a newer and higher spec version. Bradley was great throughout from the initial viewing right through to the eventual purchase once the finances came through.
